Pricing
Fleet-kart operates primarily on a transparent transaction model. An Exchange fee is deducted from the trip cost at the time of settlement and is the principal revenue stream. This fee compensates the platform for match-making, quality control, escrow services, Command Centre support, and continuous technology improvement. Exact fee percentages are communicated during onboarding and remain visible on every booking so both sides always know the net economics.
Secondary revenue options include optional premium listing or visibility packages for suppliers who wish higher priority in certain corridors, and advanced analytics or compliance-reporting subscriptions for larger fleet operators and high-volume demand clients. These are not mandatory for core participation.
Start with Minimal Fees
There is no heavy upfront subscription required to access the basic marketplace. Suppliers and demand vendors that complete KYC and maintain quality and compliance standards can transact under the standard Exchange-fee model. This keeps barriers low while aligning the platform’s success with actual successful duties rather than mere registrations.
On-Demand Wallet Topup
Wallet top-ups by demand users are held in escrow and earn no interest; they exist solely to enable instant booking and automated settlement. Refunds for valid cancellations are credited back to the same wallet according to the published policy.
Detailed commercial terms, including any volume-based considerations or pilot incentives for early partners, are shared during the onboarding conversation. The guiding principle is simple: pricing must be predictable for demand, fair for supply, and sufficient to sustain the trust, quality, and settlement infrastructure that both sides rely on. As the platform scales, fee structures will continue to reflect operational realities and competitive fairness rather than hidden mark-ups.
